I’m Cynthia – Technologist, Coach, Trainer, Speaker & Transformation Strategist

Cynthia is known for her passionate commitment to efficiency and visibility between teams while fully embracing the Agile Manifesto. A certified SCRUM Master since the year the Scrum Guide was first published, JIRA Ninja Black Belt, and a holder of a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Cynthia is driven to identify the individual strengths of each individual and creating personalized and individualized development plans for achieving their maximum productivity within a team. Cynthia graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with her B.A. in Graphic Communications and is currently enrolled in the M.S. of Instructional Design and Technology at Full Sail University.

• Background in professional services at a leading enterprise eCommerce platform provider serving as a production manager for a number of online and multichannel retailers such as Electronic Arts, Keds, Russel Stovers Candies, Bakers Shoes, Country Curtains, Garden Botanika, Illuminations, Cuddledown, and Sundance Catalog.
  
• In-depth knowledge of highly regulated industries requiring federally mandated government standards implementation.
